Convas

Getting started

Quick start

From sign-up to your first slide: answer a few questions, open the workspace, chat with the Agent, and preview on the canvas.

Five steps

  1. Sign up and click Start creating

Use the CTA on the landing page or header. If you are not signed in, you will log in first, then continue creating a project.

Convas new-project page: describe your deck, upload sources, or pick a quick-start example
After Start creating, describe your deck or upload materials to begin chatting with the Agent.
  2. Answer a few questions about your deck

The Agent asks about topic, audience, aspect ratio, and whether you want editable slides or full-page images. You confirm these when creating the project; they usually stay fixed afterward.

New project chat: the Agent asks about audience in the left panel, Assets tab on the right
The Agent walks through questions in chat; use the right panel to review or upload sources.
  3. Open the workspace

Chat is on the left; the right side switches between brief, outline, design, and canvas anytime.

Convas workspace: chat and task progress on the left, Outline tab with deck structure on the right
Keep chatting on the left; switch brief, outline, design, and canvas on the right anytime.
  4. Chat with the Agent

For example: “Draft an outline and generate the first slide.” Progress streams live in the chat panel.

Workspace chat: user asks to expand the outline; Agent thoughts and replies on the left, outline updates on the right
Describe what you need in chat; the Agent streams thoughts and replies on the left while the right panel updates.
  5. Switch to the canvas tab

Preview your deck, flip slides, and edit in place when needed. See Canvas for more.

Canvas tab: slide preview in the center, thumbnail rail on the right, refine panel when selecting text
Preview and flip slides on the Canvas tab; click elements to tweak copy and styling.

Tips

Outline before brief, or edit one slide on the canvas—the Agent works on the same deck throughout, and you can switch tabs anytime. See Output modes for code vs image.
